Our line of garages draws on our most popular building and barn styles to create buildings large enough to store automobiles, boats and large equipment. Garages come standard with a steel overhead door and a heavy duty floor support system to carry thousands of pounds. Or have your garage built with no floor on a concrete slab. If a modular garage doesn’t fit your needs, we offer built-on-site garages that can be built to fit all your needs and wants. (see our built-on-site page)
Our Cape Cod Garage offers
a steeper roof with a pitch of 9/12.
It has an overhead door size of 9′Wx6’6″H
opposed to our A-Frame Garage which has a pitch
of 7/12 and an overhead door size of 9′Wx7′H.

Heavy snow and strong winds in Upstate NY demand a carport that can rise to the challenge. Our Vertical Roof Carport with 12 gauge framing and certified 130mph-50psf is the perfect solution. Secured to your spot with rear anchors or cement anchors, our carports have braces on every leg, center braces, bow spacing 4′ or less and 29 gauge roofing.
